Ideas:
starts Abondonded building , One person wakes up in room. He/she see's medical utensils everywhere ans chains to the wall blood everywhere on walls and utensils. They have a stitch in the middle of their chest , so they have been operated on without choice and dont know what has happened. They "somehow" escape . They come out are in a completely desolate place which is empty. Ends in phone call which says " unknown ", they pick up and they caller says " wakey wakey" .
